About Our Products
All of our pieces are handmade in Cazenovia, NY. Because each item is crafted by hand, variations in color, wood grain, and shape are normal — no two pieces are exactly alike. Product photos are examples and may differ slightly from what you receive.
Orders & Payment
Orders are processed through our website. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure checkout system. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Custom Orders
We’re happy to create custom pieces. Once details are confirmed and payment is made, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded. We’ll communicate throughout the process to ensure you’re satisfied with the final result.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.
Once an order has shipped, Abell’s Woodworks is not responsible for carrier delays.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Because our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at abellswoodwork@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work together to find a fair solution, such as a repair, replacement, or store credit.
Privacy & Customer Information
We respect your privacy. Information you provide (such as your name, address, and email) is used only for order processing, shipping, and communication — including optional newsletters if you sign up.
We never sell or share your personal information with outside companies.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, product designs, and logos — is the property of Abell’s Woodworks and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We do our best to ensure every product meets high-quality standards. However, Abell’s Woodworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in or near Cazenovia, NY.
